The Flames took to the field against someone other than themselves on Sunday night, and their first performance together was quite impressive. They outscored the 10u CNE Swarm 12-7. The CNE Swarm will be one of the top 3 knothole teams in Clermont County in 2006. The Swarm has played together as a team for 6 years, and last year finished 3rd in the D Sr. City Tournament. The play of the game had to be Joey Wenning's "foul ball". If we weren't playing in the Summit Dome that would have easily been a double, maybe even a four-bagger.
